Shafts

Shafts from polyethylene and polypropylene

Shafts made of polyethylene are a light and at the same time very strong product. They are designed with a ribbed and thickened outer structure, which reduces their susceptibility to pressure from the earth's masses. The installation of polyethylene manholes is highly recommended in seismic zones or in areas with movement of the earth's strata, as the elastic qualities of the material allow it to absorb large deformations without causing permanent damage. Some laboratory tests prove that the surface of polyethylene is the least susceptible to abrasion from the solid particles transported in the pipeline and thus the risk of scratching is minimal. The inner surface of these shafts is very smooth, which eliminates the possibility of deposit accumulation.

Inspection (control) shafts

Application:
Household, storm and mixed sewage. They are available as prefabricated modules. The construction consists of a bottom with a wedge, a main body and an additional body. The cover of the inspection shaft - cast iron, polymer concrete, for polymer is placed on a concrete ring.

Rainfall manholes

Application:
Stormw
ater and mixed sewage

Tangential shafts

Application:
For efficient and quick execution when discharging into large sewer collectors.

Body diameter: ID 600mm; ID 800 mm; ID 1200 mm - up to 2400 mm
Minimum height of the shaft - up to 12.00 m of the body (possibility of more than one segment of the body).

Standard: БДС EN 13598-2
They are applied as monolithic or modular construction. The lid is a grid type. The steps are made of metal or plastic.
