HDPE PIPES "ECOpipe-KR" FOR SANITATION OF PIPELINES

In recent years, new methods for rehabilitating pipelines - the so-called relining methods. These pipes are part of the technologies related to the renovation of sewerage and derivation systems.

The method involves pulling a new polyethylene pipe through the old opening of the pipeline. An advantage of the method is that it greatly reduces the excavation activities and removal of earth, as well as the use of a large amount of aggregates for compacting the trenches. A second advantage of the method is the possibility to carry out the rehabilitation activities during the operation of the facility (without drying and making a bypass connection). It does not have to stop the street traffic and does not hinder the movement of pedestrians.

Polyethylene as a material is resistant to corrosion, impact and pressure, it is resistant to earth loads.Since the tube wall is smooth, with a very low coefficient of roughness no organoleptic deposits and clumping occur inside the tube. Reducing the working diameter of the pipe does not lead to a lower water conductivity, because with polyethylene it is significantly greater than that of a concrete or metal pipeline.

The pipes are connected by means of a screw connection and an additional thermal or electrofusion sleeve. For diameters greater than f800mm. additional welding with a manual extruder and from the inner wall of the pipe is allowed. This leads to greater hermeticity of the product.

"ECOpipe-click" HDPE MODULES FOR SANITATION OF PIPELINES

ECOpipe-click are modules designed for renovation of existing pipelines - efficient, reliable and innovativetechnology. Polyethylene modules are placed trenchless, without destroying the existing shaft, with the help of a hydraulic machine, from shaft to shaft, being driven into each other by a click system. In this way, all inconveniences during the restoration of old sewers are saved - restrictions on the movement of cars and pedestrians, excavations and transport of aggregates. During the repair work, the sewage system can function normally.

ECOpipe-click modules are made of solid polyethylene pipes, with a smooth inner and outer surface. This provides the repaired channel with all the advantages that the material itself has, such as:
- resistance to corrosion and chemical compounds,
- resistance to wear and abrasion,
- resistance to low temperatures and the possibility of working in frozen soil
- impact resistance and an exceptional combination of strength and elasticity
- low coefficient of roughness

The connection of the pipes is carried out by connecting a lock with a sealant. This connection guarantees their integrity and trouble-free operation for many years.
